Marksheets or certificates for your last completed qualification.
CNIC or B-Form
Your own identity document, and your guardian’s where applicable.
Passport photographs
Recent photographs for your enrolment record.
Guardian details
Father or guardian name and a contact number.
Admission dates and the exact document list for the current intake are set by the institute. Confirm these before publishing — this page should carry the real closing date once the college supplies it.
